Scott A. Brkich*​

Scott graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2016 with a double minor in Labour Studies and English, and graduated law school in 2021 from the University of Leicester (LLB).

In July 2021, Scott joined TPW initially as a Legal Assistant. His passion and curiosity for Family Law has only grown since. Scott continued to article with TPW and was called to the bar in June 2024. Since his call, Scott has focused on helping his clients navigate the difficulties of family law through both alternative dispute resolution and strong advocacy skills having represented clients in mediation, arbitration at Court if Justice and Court of King’s Bench. Family law matters are complex, and Scott uses a compassionate and detailed approach to support his clients through legal process. He always keeps his clients long-term approach and goals at the forefront.

When away from the office, Scott enjoys hockey, golf, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. After high school, he spent a few years playing Junior and Collegiate hockey highlighted by playing against the Vancouver Canucks in a charity game while at UBC.
