Our firm offers mediation and arbitration services for clients looking for mediators or arbitrators at competitive prices. Our team has an established track record in delivering these services, underscored by our comprehensive and thorough understanding of the various facets of family law which underpin these processes. The advantage of these processes is that clients have more input into the outcome than in traditional court processes, and generally are better satisfied with the results. The cost also tends to be lower than proceeding through traditional court processes with counsel involved.
Mediation services are offered on-site or via Zoom. Clients can attend with or without counsel, and the results of any agreements reached in this process are compiled into detailed and thorough Reports delivered to the clients.
However, we also recognize at Thompson Petts Woynorowski, that litigation is sometimes the necessary or desirable option. We are litigators with extensive experience in the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal.
